We currently have over 1,700 students in 6 schools throughout Zambia, who are provided education, ongoing discipleship, multiple meals per day, and medical attention, all supported by generous donors to Lifesong for Orphans Canada.
Students attend from pre-school to grade 12, and are given the option to pursue post-academic studies in a local university. Our students, when they graduate, spend a year in our Gap Year Program, learning a trade within one of our sustainable business initiatives. The students who complete this one-year gap program receive a Certificate in the trade or course they have studied.
All of Lifesong’s students, both in primary and secondary school, are provided boarding where they are taken care of in safe housing and where they are mentored and encouraged to fulfill their God-given calling and gifting.
